Leading with vision
and innovation

St. Peter’s is a visionary school, and this allows us to continue to think critically and creatively about what school should look and feel like for our students. Since our foundation, there has been a strong commitment to ensure that we evolve our education as the world evolves around us.

The educational pathway we provide extends beyond the classroom, beyond the traditional teaching timetable, and beyond the seven-year student journey.

In 2024, we opened the College to serve as an effective base for our Year 13 students’ final year of preparation for life beyond school. The College provides an experience and environment that respects and guides our most senior students as the young adults that they are, complete with a barista coffee service.

Most notably, the College offers amplified support and advisory services for our most senior students, and is a place to connect our students with people who can broaden their horizons and brighten their prospects, including alumni, industry partners, tertiary institutions and our own parent community.

The College also provides an extended school day for our senior students. We recognise that home may not always be the most conducive environment for study. We invite our Year 13 students to dine with boarders, change into comfortable clothes, and return to the College to study independently or collaborate with peers late into the evening.

This is just the beginning. We will continue to think critically and creatively about what the future of education looks like and we will continue to lean into our legacy of being a visionary school.
